Perkforge
1. Scope and provider
These terms describe the conditions under which the website at perkforge.xyz, its browser-based tools and the New Eden Dice Discord app may be used. Perkforge is an independent project operated by Christopher Raulin, Burgstraße 24, 19055 Schwerin, Germany. Contact: contact@perkforge.xyz.
The services are currently provided free of charge and without Perkforge user accounts, subscriptions or paid plans.
2. The tools and Discord app
Perkforge provides focused utilities for gaming, communities, creators and related technical tasks. New Eden Dice provides shared D4, D6, D8, D10, D12 and D20 rolls through Discord interactions. Unless a tool states otherwise, website inputs and calculations remain in the user's browser. Individual tools, functions or content may be improved, replaced or discontinued when reasonably necessary. No specific level of permanent availability is promised.
3. Responsible use
Users may use the services for lawful personal or commercial purposes. They must not use Perkforge or New Eden Dice to violate applicable law or third-party rights, interfere with operation or security, bypass technical protections, distribute malicious content, spam Discord channels, or place an unreasonable automated load on the services.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to install or invoke the Discord app and to enter, process and use any information or material they provide to a tool.
4. Results and user decisions
Results depend on the information entered and the formula, generation method or random process described by the relevant tool. Generated names, calculations, dice rolls, conversions and other outputs are starting points, entertainment or technical aids. Users should check important results before relying on them.
Perkforge does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. References to games, platforms, Discord or hardware do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
5. Rights in content and results
The Perkforge and New Eden Dice names, website design, source materials, explanatory text and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be reproduced or presented as another service without permission, except where applicable law or an open-source licence permits it.
Perkforge does not claim ownership of information users enter. Users may use generated results for their intended purpose, but Perkforge cannot guarantee that a generated name, phrase or design is available or free of third-party trademark, copyright or other rights. Availability and rights should be checked before public or commercial use.
6. Liability
Perkforge remains liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
For damage caused by simple negligence, Perkforge is liable only where an essential obligation has been breached. In that case, liability is limited to the damage that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when the service was used. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
7. Privacy
Information about hosting, Discord interactions, technically necessary data, aggregate tool-popularity measurement and Cloudflare Web Analytics is available in the Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable law
German law applies. If a user is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which that user habitually resides remain unaffected.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated prospectively when the website's functions, operating model or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
New Eden Citizen Bureau
The Citizen Bureau provides Discord-linked character records for community TTRPGs. NE$ and DEV are fictional game values with no cash redemption, payment or cryptocurrency function. Community administrators assign trusted game master roles and authorize partner servers; they are responsible for the game rules and authorized awards. Players can export and delete their own profiles using /data. This is an independent community project.
PDF signatures
PDF Fill & Sign adds a visual electronic signature and other marks to a new local copy. It does not verify a signer’s identity, issue a certificate or create an advanced or qualified electronic signature. Editing can invalidate existing digital signatures or affect interactive PDF features. Users must keep the original, review the exported copy and decide whether a visual signature is suitable for their intended legal or business purpose.
